The Tuned SAT program
Admissions officers cannot differentiate international students based upon their school scores more than an extent. Reason being they can be manipulated and they're not standardized. This is why they require standardized test scores from the SAT or the ACT, out of which the SAT is accepted by more colleges and is even a requirement in some.
